Treemont is a welcoming place. Our residents are always telling us what an incredibly warm, family-friendly atmosphere they enjoy here. This sentiment could be attributed to our many long-time, friendly staff, who have become a second family to our residents and vice versa.
An active calendar of assisted living activities and programs is key to resident happiness in senior living communities in Houston, TX. Our team, led by Activity Director Rose Lau fills the calendar with fun, engaging activities, from poetry readings to bingo to exercise classes, to singalongs to bible studies and worship services, bridge, crafts, popcorn and movies. It is common to hear music, bands and singing emanating from the Treemont library or other common areas.
Treemont is also host to a variety of outside community group meetings, such as AARP, Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as a venue for Health Fairs, seminars and political events.
But when it comes right down to it, the great community environment should be attributed to our residents themselves. Our biggest distinction and pride lies in our residents and the spirit of cooperation and caring that prevails. They, like us, are a fun-loving bunch, active and full of life. As a new senior living resident, you will be warmly welcomed by our Senior Staff and Resident Ambassadors. They will introduce you to the key Treemont staff so you know where to turn to get the assistance you need. They will help make you feel right at home. Come experience the warmth for yourself!
