Many Treemont residents may already know Anayeli as she started in May 2011 as a server in the Treemont Dining Room.
“As I worked in the geriatric environment, I noticed that I enjoyed being around the elderly and I wanted to do more to help them. When I decided I would become a nurse and go to nursing school, I made sure to get my Nurse Aide certificate so I could start working in this field with seniors,” says Anayeli. “I began working with Senior Allegiance as a nurse aide and caregiver assisting residents with their activities of daily living while in Nursing school. When I graduated and received my nursing license (from Houston Community College) I got hired as a nurse here as well.”
In Fall 2016, Anayeli started part-time in an RN role and became a full-time Nurse as of January 2017. Raised in Houston, Anayeli is the oldest of 3 sisters and the first to attend college. Senior Allegiance is delighted to have Anayeli on the Team as she is a reliable employee who knows the residents plus the residents have embraced her.
