Senior Allegiance is the Preferred Provider for the Treemont Community. Senior Allegiance can help residents thrive in their homes with assistance via Home Health services or Personal Care services.
Home Health care is defined by Medicare as a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. The goal of home health care is to treat an illness or injury and to improve and maintain your independence.

Home Health Care helps you get better, regain your independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible. Doctor’s orders are required to initiate home health services. Home Health is paid 100% by Traditional Medicare. Any Medicare Advantage plans or Private insurance would need to be checked for coverage.
Personal Care Services (PAS) allow residents to create their own plan of care that best meets their needs. PAS can assist with a range of difference services that allow residents and family to have a sense of peace to know Senior Allegiance is providing care.
PAS Services can include:
- Bathing assistance
- Escorts to meals or activities
- Medication reminders / management
- Vital sign checks (including blood sugar checks)
- Dressing assistance
- Incontinence check
- One on one care
- Companionship to doctor’s appointment (must provide transportation)
PAS is not covered by Medicare or Medicare Advantage insurance plans. PAS is private pay and is the responsibility of the resident/family. Long-Term Care Insurance can sometimes pay for these services. In addition, qualifying Veterans may qualify for VA & Attendance Benefits of up to $2,050/month that pays for such services.
