Activities for Seniors Houston Assisted Living: Lots Happening at Treemont
It’s often hard to keep up with the Treemont Activities Schedule. There is regular weekly programming and then fun new events pop up on the calendar such as the Game Night on Saturday and the Summer Dance on Monday evening.
This Saturday, May 20th at 6pm in the Auditorium, the Shriners of Doric Temple #76 PHA, Oasis of Houston, Desert of Texas will be here to coordinate and play games with the residents. About 20 men and women will come to play Dominoes, Cards, board games and Pool with our senior living in Houston residents. These generous people will donate the games to Treemont at the end of the evening.
The hope is the Shriners will come again in the future. Let’s show our gratitude and appreciation to them. We are fortunate that our assisted living Houston community has been singled out to get this attention by the Shriners.
The Summer Fest Dance will also be Monday night, May 22nd at 7pm (will last till 9pm). The Korvanda Czech Band will provide the music. Our independent living in Houston residents LOVE this band and enjoy listening to them practice each Monday night at Treemont. Light snacks will be served, cheese/fruit and delicious desserts accompanied by wine & beer. Sodas, water and punch are always served.
